    Melbourne is a great vacation spot. the traffic is moderate, a lot of great places to eat and then you can go back to a nice relaxing place to stay like the Paradise Ocean Front Resort. It's like your on private beach less than 100 yards from your room!! Room are very clean and and comfortable. My wife and I love it. We have stayed there twice. It's just a perfect vacation.

    The city streets were not crowded, making it easy and comfortable to walk around. There were plenty of places nearby for shopping and exploring. The historic streets and cafes of old Melbourne were charming. Its proximity to the ocean, the wide beaches, and the walking opportunities along the shore were also very appealing.

    We liked the location and the direct access to the beach.

    We liked the location and the direct access to the beach. It is less than a mile to the lifeguarded main beach, and the road to the bridge and the mainland, and there are several nice little restaurants close to the main beach. It's a relatively short drive over the bridge to the downtown area of Melbourne. All of the staff that we were in contact with were very pleasant and helpful.

    It was a great stay. It was our second visit in 2 months.

    It was a great stay. It was our second visit in 2 months. We enjoyed the area. There are lots of great places to eat and fun things to do. Shout out to Philly Chèsesteaks on Eau Galle, Sunnyside Cafe' and Brian and Pat of The 2 hour Dolohin and Manatee tour. Great experience and we saw several dolphins and several different manatees along the way.

    The shuttle bus to and from the airport. Apparently you can use the shuttle to take you anywhere within a certain radius for a few dollars. I always book a room with a balcony, although small it is more than adequate for a couple. The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is very smart with plenty of large lifts and trolleys for your cases. Staff on reception are great. It sometimes pays to book a room with breakfast included, as the buffet is more than excellent and a nice treat to start your day.

    The decoration in the hotel was very nice, rooms were spacious, on site restaurant was convenient with a great roof top view and terrace. Check in and out was very fluent and quick. Spacious rooms with nice design. Valet parking without additional cost was much appreciated.

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Good to include Breakfast (self-service) with variety of food and drinks. Good size and facility of the room with plenty of parking spaces. Only 4 minutes drive to the Melbourne town centre, got plenty of restaurants and shops to explore.
