There was just one minor thing that turned me off...there was an elderly gentleman at the front desk whose customer service left a lot to be desired. My group was there mid September, the weather was good, low to mid 80s so not horribly hot. I loved the window shopping on Washington Ave and the Lincoln Road outdoor Mall. It was good we rented a jeep instead of the mustang convertible. Which was recommended by the car rental place due to lots of rain before we arrived and flooding. The weather ended up really nice and we still were able to ride with the top down. I learned to uber to and from the rental car building from the airport because its a long walk! Uber/Lyft was less expensive than a cab. It's also a 2.5 mile walk if you are going to Uber to the Dolphins game. Getting in wasn't bad but leaving was horrible. Got great ticket prices on stub hub an hour before the game. Pay for parking and pay attention to how close the lot is.Guest review byReedyUnited States

The location is great - whilst it's not a "beachfront" hotel, it is one road back so it's not a long walk and much cheaper. It's also closer to shops and restaurants. The hotel pool is a nice size and the kids loved it. It was nice to escape the heat on the beach. The room was really nice. So you can't have both a view and no noise, as the main street is very very busy, with bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean. The people were nice. The location was totally the best.
