GermanyBeautiful hotel in the heart of Coconut Grove. We loved the small terrace for breakfast and lunch. The room was big and nice, with a huge balcony. From the pool you have a beautiful view over the coconut grove bayside. The area around it is beautiful, small shops, good restaurants, very green and you can just stroll hours around and simply enjoy the beautiful neighbourhood. The staff was exceptional - very kind and helpful. A true 5 star hotel!!

We got great Hispanic food from a local grocery where we were able to get essentials, was recommended a nice taxi service that we called several times and also booked for our 4am pickup to the airport. In comparison to 2018 when I visited Miami too, I noticed that there were more people working in shops and even at the airport who couldn’t communicate in English. However I stayed 3 nights there not once the housekeeper checking the room or refill my coffee or clean up my room. it should be a standard services to clean up daily.
