Excellent staff and rooms and very comfortable beds. But what I liked most was the problem-solving skills of the staff. When I arrived I was told my reservation was cancelled because I didn't respond an email I got while on a ten hours flight. Aurelio set my up with a nice room although the hotel was packed. After further investigating I even got the room rate from my cancelled reservation. (150$ cheaper). Why is that important? Because the true quality of service shows when problems arise. And the team of the EBHotel handled id excellently. We'll be back.

We had a nice night's stay at Vagabond Hotel. The pool was lovely and pretty big for a motel, they even had a pool bar! The room was also very big and spacious and decorated in a cool retro yet modern style. Fridges are available to rent for 10 dollars per night, we just used an ice bucket instead to cool our wine! The team were friendly and welcoming, overall a nice spot to rest your head!

    A pretty good place for overnight stay and price is right.

    A pretty good place for overnight stay and price is right. We got great Hispanic food from a local grocery where we were able to get essentials, was recommended a nice taxi service that we called several times and also booked for our 4am pickup to the airport. My favorite place to visit was Miami Beach. Next time I will be more prepared to visit the sites.

    If you love shopping , sun and beaches, you could visit Miami. In comparison to 2018 when I visited Miami too, I noticed that there were more people working in shops and even at the airport who couldn’t communicate in English. Though I respect people talking their motherlanguages, I feel that we couldn’t understand anything they said in Spanish

    Embassy suites was a comfortable place to stay. The staff was friendly. The restaurant food wasn't that good and wasn't worth the price. Plus they automatically add gratuity on your bill regardless of the service.

    My room was great on the corner with the view.

    My room was great on the corner with the view. However I stayed 3 nights there not once the housekeeper checking the room or refill my coffee or clean up my room. it should be a standard services to clean up daily. When I get back in the evening is too late to ask to clean up the room.

    Great stay at The Alea!

    Great stay at The Alea! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—walking distance to Bayside, Bayfront Park, and great restaurants, plus just a quick drive to South Beach and the cruise port. Would definitely stay again!

    Came for a cruise was there over night prior to the cruise. Just make sure you are aware what time the counter of your departing flight open see set in the Ft. Lauderdale airport for 5.5 hours before the counter opened so we can check in .

    The room is extremely spacious. We travelled with four luggage bags and were able to fit in the room very comfortably. There is a coffee machine in your room and complimentary iced water and apples and in the lobby. The location is right at the heart of Miami. We were able to walk to many places and take public transport to south beach from outside the hotel. The staff are also very friendly!

    The location. Amazing, quiet, quaint Coral Gables area. Trolley stops right outside the hotel and then there are buses and metrorail that gets you pretty much anywhere you wanna go in Miami and Miami beach. There are lots of little cafes and restaurants nearby and all so good. The hotel itself is perfectly fine, exceptionally clean.

    It’s a great location based on planning of my trip and has cheaper transportation option to get to Miami Beach near the hotel. I was traveling alone abroad and my first time in Miami. So, I am very grateful to the shuttle driver (sorry I didn’t get your name) who directed me to the right place to get to where I wanted to.

    Super pleasant stay, I would definitely stay at a CitizenM hotel in the future and recommend it to my friends. Comfy bed & plenty of pillows, and although the room was small it was a good value for money. It's quite a walk from downtown Miami, but on the flipside the location is ideal for a bus trip to Miami Beach.
