Everyone is nice. The hotel is clean.
Everyone is nice. The hotel is clean. The beds are super comfortable. Other than no USB charging port in the room and no ice machine on the 2nd floor (super inconvenient), it was all very nice and quiet. Work the extra bit of drive time to the Destin Harbor, simply because I preferred not to be within the hustle and bustle of the beach crowds and traffic.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

I liked that hotel was convenient and had a store close to it but I didn't like the fact the we found a Bed Bug on my daughter's pillow while she was a sleep. We told staff and they looked into it and said they didn't find evidence of bed bugs but my thing is we didn't make that up and the person who cleaned the room could have had the Bed Bugs and left them behind, I know we didn't have Bed Bugs that's the first time I ever saw one in person was on my daughter's pillow. I felt like I got robbed paying all that money and find a Bed Bug on my child's pillow. I'll NEVER stay at another Sleep Inn & Suits EVER AGAIN!Guest review byRumphUnited States
