    Dirty, very rude gentleman, beds were too hard and the pillows were as well. The mold in the fridge made us have to throw any food left over from meals away. The breakfast they offer is a joke. The heating element is going out in 1 of the sides. And the batter for it was like water.

    It is a rural small Iowa town near a racetrack and the Christian Church Disciples of Christ Convention Center. There are some good family restaurants on the west side of town. The community is geared towards farming ut is growing in some ways due to the racetrack. .

    The hospitality is outstanding.

    The hospitality is outstanding. The furniture in the room was worn and needs replacement. The sink in the kitchenette dripped and annoying. In the morning, we noticed a few small black bugs crawling in the room.

    Don’t laugh but the bed / pillow was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever used in all my hotel experiences. The staff was attentive and the place was fairly quiet. Internet was fast. Also there was a little bar so I could get a glass of wine. How handy! We were too tired to try out the pool or exercise room. Breakfast was good, they served the usual.

    I was impressed by this “2” star hotel, I thought I was booking a cheap motel and was shown something different. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also surprisingly good.rooms were clean and spacious.

    Breakfast is one of the best I've had at hotels. Staff is super nice and helpful. Especially liked that it was a quick check-in, meaning they didn't ask for everything including your first born.
