    I liked the fireworks they had while we were there, we loved lake Erie and to get to spend time at the seaside. We love the weather while there. The food we ate where great. We didn't like the hotel.

    The Mall adjacent to the property appeared run down.

    The Mall adjacent to the property appeared run down. The private housing in the immediate vicinity of Extended Stay America appeared to be run down as well. Away from the hotel location the town was in better shape.

    I enjoyed the comfy beds, the friendly staff, morning breakfast, and a clean room with a small refrigerator. We went to a pizza place just down the street and happened to be there on half off family day. The pizza was great! I would go there again! We didn't bring a pet, but it is cool that it is allowed there. We were there because it was near the Cleveland Clinic that our appointment was scheduled on the next day. We didn't have time to go sightseeing on this trip. Previously, I enjoyed the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Science Building and the Christmas Story House and Museum.

    The front desk personnel was drunk or stoned and completely inept. Could not keep her eyes open!!! We booked two rooms. Could not get the rooms next to each other and needed to go down to. The front desk four times. Needed to change room keys three times and one of our rooms had not been cleaned. Bedding was on the floor and someone else’s clothes were on the desk. Took over an hour to get into an actual room. Phone in room did not work nor did the tv. Do not go to this hotel!

    Everything was extremely disappointing!!!! My reservations were nothing compared to what I booked on Booking.com. Booking.com had what I asked for and reserved and when I checked in to the hotel everything was completely different. My room key never worked, no matter how many times they made a new one for me; finally changed rooms for the last nught (and 1 of the 2 worked for that room); we were locked out of the building sever times and finally 1 out of 5 keys worked; even an employee was licked out with us on a Sunday morning; we had 3 rooms- tv's didn't work; bathtubs didn't drain; rooms were never cleaned; employees were often not at the front desk , but outside smoking and playing on their phones; charged me twice for the weekend and was hesitant to issue me a credit because they thought they couldn't have made a mistake, I had to prove it on my bank account, finally issued a refund 3 days later; many other guests had issues with their room keys also (they were talking in the halls and I overheard mgmt discussing it; an employee told us they have had alot of issues with their keys and are having issues getting a new system). Mgmt was not empathetic about everything and anything that was not right about our stay, ESPECIALLY PAUL PATEL- the mgr/owner!!! Very rude and disrespectful!!!

    Not much.. Did not get room requested. No service.

    Not much.. Did not get room requested. No service. Had to find towels. Put garbage outside door. Very dirty oilitside. Got charged more than what was contracted for. Would love to talk to management. Air conditioner rattled all night. Would not stay at this hotel again. We had stayed several times but have watched it go down hill since. I cannot and will not recommend hotel. When we went to the desk to complain two people were ahead of us. 1st guy had his room cleaned bur left his door unlocked all day. 2nd guy had no toilet paper. Will not stay here again.

    As for roadside hotels, this one has the right to occupy one of the first places. The staff was very polite and understanding in solving the problem that arose with us. They used their resources to the maximum and solved our problem in a limited time, for which we are infinitely grateful to them. In my opinion, the price-quality ratio corresponds to the conditions offered by this hotel.

    My flight had been canceled at Newark because of the wheather and I called the Hotel and told them that I cannot come. They canceld my booking without a cancelation fee eventhough it was almost midnight. That was very nice for me.
