was told "they were totally booked". however, they had vacancies sign on. asked to be given a refund and was told "no way". it was early in the afternoon so they should be able to rent to someone else. we had to drive 8 hours home because the room was not useable. we would love to have stayed and visit with our friend on more day. we have booked with bookings.com for over 15 years and this is the first time we have given a unhappy review.Guest review bychristopherUnited States
