We love the area and specifically the beach — at low tide you can walk for miles. And the Marginal Way walk is lovely but can get crowded in peak seasons. The rooms were huge and well kept. It had a balcony, which was lovely to sit out on. While very near to Perkins Cove, the hotel is a brisk 25 minute walk from the beach and the center of town.
