The room exceeded my expectations a lot. I got a renewed room and everything was new and very elegant. I liked a lot the modern design of the room and the bathroom and that someone put a lot of thought into it - for example the trash can was hidden behind the wall separating room from walk-in closet. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. A receptionist at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly - a good start of the stay.

Check in was easy. Went to the desk and got my key. The hotel is bigger than it seems so the very helpful map they give you at check in is important when needing to find your way around the hotel and to the different facilities such as laundry room and the cafe to eat breakfast in. If you want housekeeping services during your stay you have to request it. Same as if you need more towels, bins changed etc just let them know and they will sort it. Bed was huge and sooo comfortable. I had a lovely sleep during my stay and can’t fault the bed at all. Bathroom was spacious. Shower worked lovely. Nice and hot no issues. Bathtub too shallow to have an actual bath in. I tried. Didn’t work. But was fine I’m a shower person anyway. There’s a laundry room on the premises. 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. $1.50 to use the washing machine. $1 for the dryer. And you can get convenient boxes from the lobby with washing liquid and dryer sheet inside for $2 which actually came in handy. Clothes smelt amazing would 10/10 recommend. I opted for the express check out which meant I was able to just phone the front desk and let them know I’m checking out. Left my room keys and headed on my merry way. Easy peasy.

The location of the hotel was not really special. But, it is a super nice hotel, very friendly staff, tasty and good breakfast, fantastic gym. Nice seating area by the pool. Good free coffee and tea. Very nice hall.

Wow! Nelly and Marco were incredible hosts. They have built a wonderful place and continue to make it more comfortable! They were extremely attentive to our needs for the whole stay. It was easy access to the bike trail, grocery stores, and other facilities. Relatively quiet neighborhood -- a few coyotes and the obligatory dogs barking. lol. Otherwise, top notch! Highly recommend.

    Beautiful area. Glad we stayed in Oro Valley. Seemed much quieter than Tucson proper. Loved driving up Mt Lemmon. Drove up one day at sunset and another in the afternoon to the top. Fantastic views. Make sure you also tour the Saguaro National forest. Lovely drive and hiking for those that can do hikes. Good shopping and restaurants around the area. Oro Valley is a place to go and relax.

    The house was clean and the kitchen was up to date with good appliances. Seating was comfortable and the wi-fi was excellent. The washer and dryer were large and easy to use. The location was close to the activities that brought us to Oro Valley.
