Everything was fantastic. Staff friendly and helpful. Had all facilities we needed, pity laundry room was out of order but other then that would defo recommend!!! Breakfast was nice, free tea coffee any time and water.

Clean room and the whole hotel in general. Decent breakfast, basic but seems to be the normal breakfast in the USA. Staff polite and very helpful No complaints re my stay

the receptionist was incredibly kind and lovely, made sure the check in process was smooth. the hotel over all is good, close to the Grand Canyon. loved the christmas decorations outside the hotel!!

Such a special and unique place. You really feel like in the old days, but with all the comfort. Nice view on the route 66. They care about every detail. We stayed only 2 nights but I wish we could stay longer. A good place to stay also if you want visit Grand Canyon. Very nice and caring people in the hotel.
