The room was exceptionally clean, large, comfortable, modern and recently remodeled. In addition, we found it to be a very affordable price and in a great location. Upon checking in, we walked to the coastline and took a stroll along the beach. Another thing we appreciated was the fact that the hotel is very close to a number of restaurants and stores.

Breakfast was good; I'm a light eater but I liked what was available. Only thing disappointing was the heat of the breakfast; ours were on the cool side. i.e. not warm.

The property is tucked away behind beautiful neighborhoods , golf course & country club. while the units themselves are a little on the older side they are very well kept up & clean . The hot tubs & pools was a plus also !

    The beach and pier looks well kept and a resturant/bait shop was there I only drove by there to look at the beach i would be nice when the weather warms up. There are several fast food places in the area and full service resturants in a 2 mile radius.

    People dont' consider this a tourist destination - but the Casa Via Mar is fantastic, and the hotel concierge recommended a restaurant in the marina (Masala Twist) that was delicious. Biking from Santa Barbara to Port Hueneme was beautiful every step of the way. Fresh strawberries bought at the side of the road were delicious.

    The host was timely in communication. They gave all pertinent information. The house was clean, large, really nice to stay in vs a hotel with a whole family. It was nice to have a full kitchen. The house was large so lots of space for everyone to have their own space and sleep. It was near everything you need, food, stores, etc.

    I paid twice for my room and never received my refund. I was told it would be 7 to 12 days. I paid through booking.com, then upon arrival I was asked to pay another $123. The man working at the hotel said he never received the money I paid to booking. Then told me to call you guys which I did, but never got my money back.

    I've have stayed at this location many times even prior to the remodeling. I am always satisfied with this location it's in the middle of all my family. I am a Oxnardian however I live in Vegas, so when I so travle home this is the spot 😃
