    It's easy to take a train or bus and visit historical...

    It's easy to take a train or bus and visit historical centers or DC. The area itself is quiet with enough to do to keep you entertained. I like to plan for day trips to areas that may be 45 mins away and then come back and enjoy the evening in Reston since it's more affordable, accessible, and quiet. The Reston Town Center is great for food, nightlife, drinks, and necessities. I'd avoid staying too far from public transportation here.

    Beautiful, vey clean city - located near DC.

    Beautiful, vey clean city - located near DC. Great restaurants, great outdoor. Due to COVID the Reston taxi location does not longer exist, difficult to get a taxi, especially for tourists who have no American SIM card.

    The whole experience was dissatisfied ,the concierge were...

    The whole experience was dissatisfied ,the concierge were very unfriendly and not willing to help ,I missed my flight from back home and had to reschedule I told the billing department what happened and requested them to reschedule my booking but they refused and charged me the whole stay except one night ,they send at least 20 emails and I stopped answering ,they had two credit cards for payment but wanted a third one to secure the payment .I had to remove my garbage and clean the unit before leaving but this was not clear in their policy and I had no cleaning services on daily basis . There was no help with the luggage at all and no body to talk to ,I had to push the luggage car which had bad wheels .the whole experience was bad they have to get more helpful staff at the front disk they were terrible

    Reston is a wonderful place to visit, work, or live in.

    Reston is a wonderful place to visit, work, or live in. The lakes and woods are very pretty. The Town Center at Lake Anne, and the Reston Town Center both have very nice restaurants and amenities. It's a beautiful setting, with lots of paths and lakes and has been our home for 18 years. We are sad to leave Reston, and hope we will find a community this nice for our next home!

    No. When my friend arrived at the building at midnight, no one at the front desk knew about the accommodation, and there were no keys to deliver to her. She needed to go to the hotel to stay the night. The next morning, she returned to the building and was able to check in. We request for one night refund, but nobody answered us.
