Booked last minute after some changed plans was nervous about being outside the city as it was my first time in NYC but I couldn’t even tell I wasn’t staying in manhattan, as close to the 4 train as you can get and very connected to the whole city. Staff were super nice, it was very clean modern and stylish, loved that there was a steamer in the room for my creased luggage, wouldn’t say it blew my mind like walking into the plaza or something haha but I don’t have a bad thing to say about it.

A quiet place with few cars and fresh air. The rooms are clean and cosy. Opposite is an ice machine, and on the ground floor there is an opportunity to use a microwave and buy snacks.     Good bed. Clean room. No parking. Had to park on grass along with 30 other guests and was boxed in at 6:30 the next morning which delayed my departure. The unacceptable parking situation negates all the good of the place. I will not stay there again.

    I would not recommend this hotel.

    I would not recommend this hotel. The breakfast was ok if you wanted to wait in a line to order it for 30 minutes and then wait another 15 minutes for it to be cooked - no healthy options at all, no fruit, or cereal. the hotel carpets were filthy and looked like they needed to be replaced. the location was terrible and not close to anything at all apart from a very large park.

    The beds are very comfortable.

    The beds are very comfortable. The tv size and convenience of mini fridge and microwave is nice. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The negatives: access to hotel parking lot can be a liability and or cause a fatal accident. Desk staff need training on greeting customers with their attention and not carry on about other work stuff in front of a customer. Kept getting billed over agreed amount which is very concerning. Made several transactions when should just been 1. What is that about really?

    The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Felix, the receptionist and Antonio, the breakfast waiter were very friendly and accommodating. The cleaners were very attentive. It's a bit out of the way to visit NY, but this is made up for by the bus stop in front of the hotel where the bus comes every hour.

    I loved everything. We stayed 1 night only. They had a pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is really well kept everything was cleaned and looked like new. The staff was nice. Late check out @ 12 and got a comp hr so left at 1pm
