The gardens and setting, and the building itself is beautiful. Peaceful and quiet and yet so close to the airport. The airport transfers were excellent. We had a wonderful waiter on the first morning for breakfast, he was exceptional. The food was excellent, we would recommend this airport to all and will definitely return when visiting Seattle.

The hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us information about the hotel and the area. The room was large with a kitchen and comfortable bed. The shower room was large and well equipped with soaps. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Short train ride to downtown Seattle.

We booked this hotel to stay a night before our morning flight from SeaTac airport and it met our expectations. Clean room, nice staff, everything went well. They are close to the airport and in the morning hours they had a shuttle running every 30 minutes to the airport.

My flight was cancelled in Seattle and I needed a place to stay with my 4 year old. I booked online at the airport but booked for the wrong date. When I got to the hotel after dealing with a huge travel mess, we were very tired. They fortunately were able to move our booking and get us a room that night. They even upgraded us with no extra cost. It was a very nice, and needed experience.

Home of the Foodie Airport

SeaTac is a small city which surrounds the airport of the same name, better known as Seattle-Tacoma Airport. It is the busiest passenger hub in the state of Washington and has the unusual distinction of having a reputation for serving good food. Its 3 parallel runways are flanked to the north and south by 2 of the city’s green parks and others are on the shores of Puget Sound, separating the city from Vashon Island.

Unsurprisingly, aviation is one of SeaTac’s biggest industries and several international airlines have their headquarters here. Much of the accommodation is also centred around the terminal buildings. Many of the hotels and cheap motels on Booking.com offer swimming pools and free airport shuttles, making that early morning departure or late night arrival so much easier.

A train links the airport directly to Seattle city centre, as does the interstate which also goes past neighbouring Tacoma. SeaTac City Hall is just off the interstate, a few streets from large Angle Lake whose calm waters are a popular spot for fishing.

To the north-west in Tukwila, the Westfield Southcenter mall is the largest shopping centre in the state and has a whole host of restaurants as well as big name brands.

It's amazing SeaTac functions at all, it is not user friendly in any way, it's way too crowded and officials in any capacity are stressed and not particularly friendly. Not a great experience for those visiting Seattle, but there's no other option

It is an international airport and has many terminals.

It is an international airport and has many terminals. Would see a few other languages for ware Farer signs. You would need assistance to move within the airport if you are physically unable to walk long distances.

It is one of the oldest Airports I have been in over the years. The boarding areas are tiny and spill into the hallway, blocking traffic. Took 20 minutes to finally board the shuttle to the offsite rental space. It needs a massive revamp and modernization

The ladies at the front desk were awesome.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome. I wrote their names on my boarding pass, so I cannot give them their accolades by name. They went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. Housekeeping was a little shy, but very accommodating. They kept the hotel spotless. The grounds were free of trash and inviting. Although this is an older hotel, it offers great accommodations and is well-maintained. We will definitely stay there again.

Im not sure i understand why the food places close at the times they do....there are people traveling all over and at all times. I was starving when my plane landed....and the hotel restaurant was closed....

This airport was awful.

This airport was awful. My daughter had broken her foot on vacation so was in a wheelchair - we had to go up and down 4 elevators as well as had to wait two trams to get to the hotel shuttle. We didn't have any luggage to pick up and it still took an hour to get to where the shuttles are! People are so rude there - the place is just horrible

Breakfast was included although of a basic standard. Hotel was very busy at times and you need to book the airport shuttle in advance to make sure of your departure time. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay and our room was to a good standard and very clean. The hotel is close to the SEATAC airport and operates a regular bus shuttle service. There are a few restaurants around the hotel area and a 7-11 across the street for snacks and drinks.

The shuttle service to the mall and to the airport is great. Breakfast is nice. Free water bottles. The girl at the front desk who checked us in was very nice. There's a (paid, reasonably priced) shuttle service to the cruise port as well. If we decide to do an Alaska cruise in the future, would definitely consider staying at this hotel.

I was a bit concerned with the poor reviews posted for this hotel . However, I found the room spotlessly clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I had both a coffeemaker and a small refrigerator in the room. Furthermore, the free shuttle was readily available and I enjoyed easy access to SEATAC airport.

The location to the airport was nice. We were able to take a very short Uber ride there, even though they dropped us off at the wrong hotel. This hotel is behind another hotel, so it can be a tad confusing. They allowed us to check in early which was great and the woman in the lobby was very personable.
