Normally I would have stayed longer except the weather was terrible and we had to leave early to go home. Would have canceled if the forecast let us know how bad it got. Or if the cancellation policy was better. Plan on coming back Seneca falls but will not be staying at this hotel. Want to spend more time at Montezuma and at the women's Rights museum no

Situated between Cayuga and Seneca Lakes In New York States Finger Lakes wine region, close proximity to the towns of Waterloo and Geneva to the west and Ithaca and Watkins Glen about 40 mins to the South. Nice mix of restaurants and nearby conveniences, churches. Etc, 50 minutes from Rochester Airport. Quiet town with a pulse on the weekend. Good base of operations for exploring the wine trail.

The Gould was the perfect location to stay for the “It’s a Wonderful Life” run. The staff could not have been more accommodating and the hotel manager was fabulous to work with. We ate there as well which was super convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the room very tasteful. I could not have been more pleased and have already booked it again!

This is a truly beautiful lake house.

This is a truly beautiful lake house. Only 20 minutes from Geneva and HWS, which is why were were there. Quite, cozy, clean and comfortable. Ideal for a group of 6 to 7 guests who want to have a family gathering.

Main street area is rundown, not just from Covid.

Main street area is rundown, not just from Covid. Made by Women shop window was very uninviting. The wineries were very nice. The couple of restaurants on Main Street were lovely. Not much shopping. The Museums (Women's Rights, It's a Wonderful Life) were great.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this quaint, updated historic hotel conveniently located in downtown Seneca Falls and a short walking distance to many of the towns attractions and local restaurants. Though the room was a little small it was very clean with a comfortable queen size bed and updated modern decor. Hotel had a complimentary continental breakfast which was okay for a quick bite to start our day but also had a full restaurant and bar open in the evenings with good food, drinks and service and entertainment on the weekends.

I would call this a boutique hotel in a historic building that has been nicely renovated. There is interesting art around. There is a restaurant & bar downstairs, which is nice & convenient. It is located on the main street of this small town. There are a few shops to walk to as well as a sculpture park. A very pleasant place to stay.

Clean and comfortable. Surrounding area seems economically challenged, so plan to drive a few minutes for entertainment. Hotel has a rich and interesting history.
