Checking in was quick, and parking was available right in front of the room. I had asked beforehand for a room on the ground floor and they were able to accommodate me. The room was bigger than expected and comfortable.

We LOVED our suite at the Cactai! Structure is exquisitely well designed and maintained, lots of love and care in every detail. We regret only staying one night, the suite had everything for a longer stay. The place is so well designed, it’s a mid century modern paradise. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was wonderful. The host Collin was very friendly and took care of all our wishes promptly. Rooms are very big, clean and perfectly located araound a wonderful pool. Pool area was big and clean. There were supermarkets and restaurants near by. Check in was easy and check out was easy too. One of the best hotels we experienced during our trip through the USA. We definitely would stay there again. Top location!

Location was amazing because it was a 2 min walk from the Coachella shuttle stop. Breakfast was good, we didn’t have to worry what to eat in the morning during the festival. Staff were very friendly.

We had an amazing three nights and regretted we didn't reserve more nights in advance. The serenity one experiences here is amazing; people/guests are quiet, the pool is great, housekeeping is fantastic, for us no improvements are worth mentioning, we will definitely return.

This hotel is a real gem - it's picture perfect in every way! We were SO sad to leave and the staff members were charming. The perfect place to relax by the pool or sit on the rooftop for a great view. It's only a walk or short Uber away from the main bars & restaurants in Palm Springs. Rooms were immaculate, spacious & the fresh breakfast baskets and welcome snacks were a lovely addition. Can't wait to come back!
