Rude at check in holding another conversation while trying to check in, in the room the lamp shade was broken, the blankets and sheets had satins in them, the refrigerator was dirty and there were bugs in the room. The cleanliness of the room was far better than expected for a low cost hotel. It was surprisingly updated, the carpet looked new. Nice furnishings all in good repair. We had an emergency when we were due to travel on this trip. The hotel was very kind and worked with us so that we did not lose the full cost of our reservation.
