    DISGUSTING! We did not even stay there.

    DISGUSTING! We did not even stay there. The place was mis-represented and the front door does not lock unless you are inside the unit. There was rat/mice poop on the floor in the kitchen next to the rat trap and a used towel on the bed. The sheets looked like they had not been changed from the prior tenant. and the entire unit smelled horrifically like Marijuana. We do not smoke and my son was choking. We did not feel safe, nor was it sanitary. The photos you posted have been doctored. The property is falling apart. There is not the same artwork on the wall or sunlight etc, There were holes in the walls, the table light was broken, there was no TV on the table in the Living Room and the furniture was scratched and old, not new-looking like in the photos. The hole in the ceiling had been poorly repaired and wasn't even painted. The blinds were broken and the drapes missing. The tub was filthy. We canceled this booking and asked for our money back as it was impossible to know these items before arrival. HE KEPT OUR MONEY! This Owner should be removed from this platform and not allowed to book nights unless he represents it as truly what it is. We feel DUPED.

    The location of this house (Soulard) is perfect to see...

    The location of this house (Soulard) is perfect to see anything in St. Louis; it is within a few miles/10 min drive of the Hill, Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, Budweiser Brewery, Lemp Mansion, Cherokee St/Antique Row, Downtown (Union Station hotel/aquarium), Campbell house, The location of this rental is IDEAL in that parking is free and all of those sights are just minutes away.
