    I was only in town because it was much cheaper than staying...

    I was only in town because it was much cheaper than staying in New York City, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a very charming area with lots to do, and close to the city so you can easily commute and explore New York as well.

    I liked the comfort of the bed. and Nothing more.

    I liked the comfort of the bed. and Nothing more. The mattress was very dirty, no trash container, only 1 set of towels for 2 guests, I don't know if the microwave worked or not I didn't use it don't know if the fridge worked I didn't use it either. Nor was I interested in using the shower

    In short lack of quality for the price to book it wasn’t the expectations that were made!! Horrible facility for the amount. Should lower the amount for the rooms and partial refund should be given back to guests!! Completely disappointing!!

    I am more surprised that booking.com rated this as over "7"...

    I am more surprised that booking.com rated this as over "7". With tax this was over 180.00 per night. It seemed more like a motel 6 with a few amenities broken. Stains on the rug, one very large stain. Debris on the floor, shower faucet dripping, elevator broke both days. AC and refrigerator worked like a champ.

    This place is fine if you're on a budget.

    This place is fine if you're on a budget. The hallways and front areas seem clean but the room definitely was not clean especially during the era of Covid. There are signs all around saying they take precautions but it's clear that that is not true.

    This hotel is where drunks and drug user stay.There we’re about 10 men staying in the next room that continued playing loud music and kicking on my family door and then running.We didn’t feel safe and the staff here head to call the police on these drunken men.
