So my husband and I stayed in the hotel on Sunday June 2nd...
So my husband and I stayed in the hotel on Sunday June 2nd into the 3rd and I have nothing but amazing things to say. We drove over 20 hours from Connecticut and they accommodated us by letting us check in super early. Second off the first room they put us in didn't have hot water and when my husband went down and spoke with the front desk she apologized and moved us immediately. The room we were placed into was very cozy and clean. The beds were super comfortable and we had a great stay. The morning breakfast was tasty and so many items to choose from. The rooms were clean and the staff were super welcoming. Lupe was a joy and very kind. We definitely will come back and stay at this hotel again because of the service, the staff, and the kindness we received. The front desk agent you have at this location is a joy and you have got some wonderful staff. Thank you again for a great stay and treating us so well.

The staff at Quality Inn Storm Lake were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making for a comfortable and enjoyable visit to the area. Additionally, the hotel's location near popular attractions and amenities such as Walmart and the local college made it a convenient choice for my travels.

Staff was friendly, perfect location just minutes from Kings Pointe indoor pool, the parks, and from town square. For the cheap price of the stay I wasn’t expecting much of a breakfast but you actually get a hearty breakfast! Biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, sweet treats, and your drinks.

The location is excellent, stores and gas stations are nearby. Many great little shops in Storm Lake! We were there for my Grandson’s wedding in a nearby town. Also highly recommend Lakeshore Restaurant for breakfast, great food and very friendly staff!
