Great Cherokee Museums in which we learned alot about history story. We visited 5 sites while there. The staff at all the museums we visited were very knowledgeable and friendly. Found some good restaurants recommended by locals. Also took our dog to a wonderful dog park several times while there. The dog park is a treasure with agility equipment in both small and large dog areas. It was fun for our dog.

If you have to be up early in the morning I wouldn't recommend this place they cannot keep their guests quiet or calm they had loud guests on the third floor it sounded like they were running up and down the hall they were jumping off the beds it was very loud until 2:00 a.m. we were told they were going to get it under control and make it stop however it did not happen we got maybe 3 hours of sleep very bad had to call the front desk on several occasions but nothing seemed to work nothing was done about the noise we even brought our own fan from home that didn't even break any of the noise

They booked the facility full. We got there and we never got our stay. All they said was sorry they was actually trying to call me as I was turning into the lot. So we got charged and never received a refund I hope booking .com makes this right.

We got a room with two queen beds for three people but had towels for only two, but this was corrected with one request and quickly. Where we had and still have a problem is billing, we used booking.com to schedule and pay for our stay which worked very well. We had to extend our stay for one extra day and the lady at the counter charged us for the complete price of the stay of four days, instead of for just one extra day. We are going through the third week after we left and was assured it would be rectified with in forty-eight hours. I have made several calls talking to the manager getting new promises and still no refund. Our great experience has gone into the toilet. I have another trip to Tahlequah coming up in April and we will be looking for a different hotel instead of staying at this one again. This is very sad to me due to the lactation of the hotel and where I need go while in Tahlequah. Sam Van Houten

Absolutely terrible. Booking. Com shouldn't even advertise rooms here. My money should be refunded entirely. Looks like a decent place online, but a complete dump. Half of the staff were meth heads and the building should be condemned! Won't use this site again, completely misled and cheated!

Tahlequah has no Uber service left service cabs companies trying to take advantage of you because you're advantage of you charging 20 to $50 to take you anywhere this is not a town that you want to visit unless you have to
