From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by the staff. Their hospitality is unmatched, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The resort's grounds are beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained, creating a serene oasis in the heart of Palm Springs. The palm trees, lush gardens, and sparkling pool areas are a sight to behold, and I found myself constantly in awe of the natural beauty that surrounds this property. My room was an absolute dream. It was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. The attention to detail in the room's design was evident, and the comfortable bed made for a perfect night's sleep.     I stayed there all the time however on this occasion I needed to cancel wasn't able to and booking.com charged me for my reservation anyway even though I didn't stay there with some fine print somewhere along the way very disgusting I wonder what the odds are of this getting posted never used booking.com again
