Restaurant condemned, pool out of order, no extra towels, limited to non existent housekeeping, hotel made major safety error giving out room my wife’s key to a complete stranger and until confronted with a call to head office nothing would have been done…even at that just one night taken off bill. Front desk even hung up on me when I was trying to understand how this happened to my wife and young children who were alone on-a girls shooing trip. I wanted to see if they could be moved into a new room for safety (which was a no!) and at the very least was the key given out cancelled but I was hung up on. After that my wife was made to feel like she was overreacted by being scared that her room key was given to a complete stange man who entered my room at 11:30pm in an area known for human trafficking. They even have a sign on the hotel room doors to watch out for human traffickers. Do not stay at this hotel or chain.Guest review byHeatherCanada - 8.0

The motel was very centered amongst shopping, dinning and other facilities. I used the pool and it was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and very efficient.
