    I really didn't get to see much of the city during my stay.

    I really didn't get to see much of the city during my stay. However, I loved the houses around the parts I drove through. Very beautiful upkeep homes. The food spots were close by and delicious.Our friends that lived in the area took us to this indoor food court about ten minutes away. I want to go back and try the food from every place inside.

    I loved was Covina, had I had another Inn to stay at it would have been so much better, West Covina Covina is a beautiful place there’s access to everything friendly people helpful people, but the five star inn was dirty we were given dirty towels. The showers didn’t work every day I had to tell them about the shower and they said we looked at it three times, come on looking at something doesn’t get it fixed so if you’re going to stay in West Covina stay away from the five star inn.

    Thank you so much! Assisting General Manager Serena Lau was awesome! She was helpful, informative and made my stay very enjoyable! Serena was always smiling and sharing useful local attraction information! Her team of front desk and restaurant staff was also genuine, helpful and had great attitude. Pleasantly surprised with the customer service quality! Economical Self service laundry available which made long stay much easier. Room rates were very reasonable and hotel was close to shopping mall.

    This is my second review....I returned at end of my trip as enjoyed so much the first part of the month that it was easy to just rebook again, as overall, it was one of the better, comfortable, pleasant hotels I stayed at on my across country 51 day journey from FL to CA and return. Thank you. I recommended you to my friends and family who live in area . If I am ever in area again, I will definitely book with you again. Thanks for being so dog friendly as well; Toby enjoyed his stay also.

    The hotel reception and room cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. During our 5 day stay, we had several DHL deliveries and the parcels were kept safe for us by the reception staff - thank you, this was v much appreciated. The room fridge was a useful size and allowed us to keep our drinks nice and cold. V comfortable bed.

    Car parking very easy and clear, its free. Room was enough big for two people. There is refrigerator in the room and there is common microwave in the lobby as well. Breakfast is okey and the staff was very helpfull. Next to hotel there r shops and restaurants. There is coffee and tea in the lobby all the time which is very nice.

    24-hour coffee is great; FD is extremely friendly and helpful; Breakfast is "typical" in terms of the dishes, but you still can get your belly full; A little difficult to find the hotel, although it is just located near an exit of I-10; Highly recommeded for any family who longs for a quite, comfortable stay!
