    I paid cash for 2 rooms, BUT AFTER I LEFT they charged my card again for those 2 rooms, THIEVES, Do not give them your card info, Place was dirty, floors were so nasty we had to keep shoes on at all times. BUT STEALING MY MONEY was A NEW LOW.. I'd never recommend this place.

    The staff goes above and beyond for your comfort.

    The staff goes above and beyond for your comfort. Management is the most wonderful people you'll meet and will do all they can to make your stay comfortable making you feel right at home. Having to leave made me a little sad however I'm looking forward to returning. Conveniently located near shopping restaurants & fast food walking distance to bus line. Can even book COTAPlus to pick you up and drop you off.

    The worst trip we took thanks to the poor condition of the hotel, cockroaches everywhere, in my son's cereal, in his food, everywhere. We asked to change rooms, they changed us and it was just as dirty. Thank God we are leaving safe and sound.

    Everything was very clean! All smelled lovely and it was nice to have a hotel room with non-carpet flooring. The blinds were exceptionally good at blocking out the light. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

    This Hotel is the closest to Otterbein University in Westerville. The layout is very modern and not like other standard hotels. Pool and gym facilities were surprisingly large and modern. The staff was amazing.
