• “A truly authentic Mekong experience! The bungalow was simple but charming, surrounded by fruit trees and lotus ponds. We loved cycling through the village, joining a local family for cooking, and just relaxing in the peaceful garden. Firstly the great welcome on arriving. My room was large with very good facilities and with a balcony - all for a very cheap price. The location was excellent within short walking distance of the river front, restaurants, the markets and the ferry over to the island. Tram the owner was brilliant - she spoke excellent English and was keen to help with any transport during and after my stay - she made my stay very welcoming.

My friend and me stayed at Yennie‘s homestay for three nights and loved it! The room is large, clean and beautifully decorated with lots of attention to details. The food was delicious-I think we had the best breakfast of our entire trip. We did two tours organized by Yennie and loved these, too. Our guide Henry was so kind and knowledgeable. He pointed out a lot of details and stopped at places we would not even have noticed! Personally, I really enjoyed the little library with the hammocks as well as the free bicycles that we used to check out some of the places recommended by Yennie-a truly wonderful host!

Oanh is an incredible and caring host! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The dinner was really good and absolutely recommendable. She answered all our questions and even booked a transfer for us to go to Phu Quoc. Moreover she showed us places to watch the sunset, so we could go there by the free bikes she offers. During the day we did a boat tour with her brother on the Mekong river which was really nice as well. When we came home Oanh prepared lunch which was also included in the 5-hour, 16 $ boat trip. Even if the rooms are quite simple (but well equipped with mosquito nets and AC) , everything was really clean and you can relax in the hammocks in front of her house.
