The owners of this hotel really makes you feel like at home :) Room was a little bit small but with large windows overlooking the city. Very nice and clean bathroom with a big shower! Also location is very convinient to reach the imperial city of Hue and still be away from the busy streets.

The property is very maintained and ran by a family. We had very experience in the check in where the staff gave us a lot of information such as restaurants and tours we could do. We were not pushed to buy anything what we appreciated. At the end we asked them to organize a private tour to the DMZ which we enjoyed a lot. Bed and pillows and pillows are very good. Breakfast is great. Daily Fresh fruit in the room. We would stay again if back to Hue.

Everything from the facilities, cleanliness and location was excellent. Special mention must be made to the staff who were tremendously pleasant, helpful and polite during my stay. Huong, Grang, Ngoc, Hoai and Tuyen were all wonderful at reception. The staff on the high floor restaurant were also so friendly and helpful.
