I can highly recommend the CLASSYC Hotel in Hanoi. We stayed there for 4 nights and we had the perfect stay there. The location is perfect to explore the city by foot. Our room was very well designed, comfortable and meticulously clean. The breakfast offers anything one can wish for with A1 quality and presentation. What impressed me the most was the overall friendliness of the entire staff. Especially the reception with Tracy‘s responsiveness was highly appreciated. Thanks for making our first visit to Hanoi so welcoming enjoyable.

Very nice hotel in the center of the old quarter. Good location and operating system. Staff are superb and attentive, plus points for the friendly service. The room is clean and spacious to compare with the other hotels in the old quarters, beautiful decorations with 3D picture of attractions. Breakfast is amazing, love “Pho”. Highly recommended!

    We loved doing a street food tour of Hanoi and just wandering around. There is so much to do. The food in Hanoi is so delicious. We also used it as a base to do a day trip to Ninh Binh and also go to Halong Bay overnight.

    We used the hotel as our base in Hanoi to travel around north Vietnam. The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter with very clean rooms and a great breakfast but what made our stay so special was Ms Kim. Ms Kim is so friendly and she helped organise our trips for us to Nimh Binh and Halong Bay and bother we’re just perfect. We would highly recommend using this hotel for your visit to Hanoi and having Ms Kim help you plan your trip. She is the best!

    Beautiful and clean hotel. Our room was a big size and clean with a comfortable king-size bed. The shower room was nice, modern, and big size. Perfect location in the heart of Hanoi Old quarter, you can reach everything with a maximum of 10 minutes of walk. The best part is professional and helpful staff, especially Cara. She organised all trips and transfers for us in a professional way. Thank you. I'm definitely coming back soon.

    I love everything about this hotel. The manager Chloe and all staff was very helpfull even since before I arrived. The room is cleaning. I booked the room with balcony but the sound of crowd outside never bothering us while stay hêre. The location in middle Old Quarter so it's near to go everywhere. If i come to Hanoi again, I will stay here again for sure.

    This 5 star hotel/apartments exceeded my expectations. The property has everything you need after spending a day out in hectic Hanoi.
