A truly magnificent place. The room is fantastic, with a large terrace overlooking the mountains and rice fields. The beds are large and comfortable. There's a pool with mountain water nearby. A young Vietnamese guy, Hazan, served us. He made us delicious coffee and cooked us delicious fish with vegetables for dinner. We highly recommend anyone visiting northern Vietnam 🇻🇳 to definitely visit this wonderful place.

stayed in the dorm room here and absolutely loved the calm and peaceful atmosphere. The place is surrounded by fresh air and greenery, which made my stay feel really relaxing — a perfect escape from the noise and rush of the city. The dorm itself was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and soft lighting that made it easy to unwind. Each bed has its own curtain, so even in a shared room, you still have your own little private corner. The common area is also really nice, with plenty of space to sit, read, or just enjoy a cup of coffee in peace. The hosts were super kind and helpful, always making sure everyone felt at home. You can really tell they care about creating a warm, welcoming space for travelers

Arriving at the property was 'interesting' as we usually book in town. This hotel has been built in a beautiful rural area on the edge of town, and has running stream alongside, and is ringed by low hills. Really a very peaceful location. The rooms are separate stand-alone cabins, and have been very well constructed with good doors and windows, and good window coverings, that really do exclude daylight (this is something often sub-standard in small hotels - decent curtains!) The construction is two years old in 2024, and has no defects.... its a very sound and expensive standard the place was built to, so I expect the hotel will stay fresh for quite some time. There is a pool, but we did not use it - this pool is designed as a child-friendly pool - full marks ! The dining area is a fully-roofed outside area, although there is an indoor area we didn't use. Kitchen produced good meals, and we were served by family members who did a great job. The bathroom in our cabin was fantastic - stylish, functional and large.... I REALLY APPRECIATED THE DESIGN THOUGHT THAT HAD GONE INTO THIS HOTEL, AND THE HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAILS. Thus is a family owned operation, and everyone was truly friendly and helpful.

Loved this place. The owner is super nice & smiling. Eats with you at meals. The food was good. The location was perfect. Outside the city so very quiet. He upgraded my room to a bungalow and the bathroom is nice :) Hot water, pressure with the shower. The room was confortable. The view from the bedroom is incredible. You see the river and hear it non stop. I loved that. I stayed an extra day and night so that I could walk through the river to go to the waterfalls and what an incredible day. The dogs followed us and showed us the way. Put shoes on to walk on slippery rocks under the water.

Bikki’s an extraordinary person, and her homestay is extraordinary too. We had great food with the family, the nicest trek in the jungle discovering all kinds of plants, but most important of all, we had so much fun and felt like at home. This was a one-of-a-kind experience, that I think we will never forget it.

This is by far the best hostel/hotel I stayed in! Everything in the building looks brand new, the private rooms are very spacious and clean, and the bed is A-MA-ZING! I extended my stay with a day just to be able to sleep on it for another night. :) In addition to that you get amazingly helpfull staff, who speak great English, and go the extra mile to help you with whatever you need! I will definitely be staying here again if I'm back in Ha Giang!
