Everything was absolutely lovely, especially the staff. Sunny made us feel very welcomed and her general attitude and presence was just amazing. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were very comfortable and felt quite luxurious. We were leaving late for the airport and it was no problem leaving our luggage for the entire day after check out. Will definitely come back the next time we are visiting Hanoi

We stayed here twice. The Hotel is a good choice. Well located, rooms are clean and nice. The staff is super friendly , speaks really good english and is eager to help whenever they can. Would recommend!

The location is amazing and not too loud at night, which is amazing for hanoi. The staff are absolutely brilliant, super helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to post something i needed posting on the day we left. They kept me updated until it arrived in Austria. Eliana Hanoi hotel, apart from having a great location in the very center of the old city and comfortable, spacious, beautifully designed rooms, has a wonderful staff that will make you feel like part of the family. I received a lot of useful information during my stay, as well as an excellent organization of excursions with excellent guides with a high command of the English language. I must also mention the care they gave me when I caught a cold, so I would like to thank you again, it meant a lot to me considering that I started the trip alone. All praise for efficiency.
