Lovely area that is not as touristy as others. Phong Nha cave and Paradise cave were both lovely to visit. We hired a motorbike between two people and visited them ourselves. Cheaper than doing a tour. And we got to see lovely scenery enroute to the caves. We did the Phuong Nha Kayak tour and this was awesome.
We did the Phuong Nha Kayak tour and this was awesome. We went way past where the boats go and went into two different caves. One cave we went in over 1 kilometre. We had the option of a mud bath and swimming. A much better experience than just hoping in a boat and going into the cave and out again. We went to paradise cave. This is a must do. We only did the 1 km boardwalk. We road there on a bike. No need for a tour. Next time I would do the 7km hike into the cave but this is a tour.Guest review byJacquelineAustralia
