The staff were amazing! Mi at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed here for one night before our trek and they let us keep our bags there. When we came back to pick up our bags they gave us hot tea, let us use the hot showers and towels to change and gave us water and a snack for the trip back to Hanoi. Customer service was above and beyond. We treated ourselves to a full body massage the night before our trek and it was amazing. Location is just outside of the town but a nice stroll and the views are stunning! Customer service was amazing.

Amazing hotel with mesmerising mountains view! Room was clean, stylish and cosy, all facilities were good. We liked breakfast at hotel restaurant - big choice of European and Asian food. There were two swimming pools: inside and on rooftop, that's cool, because of fast changing weather. Highly recommend to visit SPA (make reservation in advance!) - they provide wide range of services as baths and massages. Location is good too, just 5 minute walk to Sapa station. P.S. many thanks for receptionist, she allowed us to check-in 3 hours earlier free of charge. It was a salvation, because we got completely wet after Fansipan walk.

Excellent hotel. Staff were exceptional. Location was great. About 15 minute walk to Sun Plaza. 40 minute walk to CatCat, but staff will call you a cab if you prefer. Great restaurants all around the hotel. Variety store right next door. Made to order breakfast. Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was lovely. Full bath with a walk in shower. Very comfortable bed.

We got our room upgraded and got a big room with a nice view over sapa and the lake. The room was very clean and the bed was also super comfortable. Ac was working well for heating up because it was a bit cold outside. Staff was very ambitious and friendly and made sure everything was perfect for us. Breakfast was delicious and they even gave us a free sandwhich for the busride back to hanoi when we checked out. The manager mr kim was courteous and helped us with everything, he let us check out later then 12 because we had a bus in the afternoon. The hotel is located perfectly in sapa you have restaurants in walking distance and it was nice for us to explore sapa with a motorcycle. I would recommend everyone to go to this place if you want to stay in sapa.
