Firstly all staff were excellent, all were very accommodating, going above and beyond their duties 5 stars. Secondly the Stunning Views from our Bathroom and Bedroom on the 16th floor were spectacular. Thirdly we loved the automatic lifts that were operated using our room key, there was then an announcement to inform us of which lift would be arriving first.

Attentiveness of the staff, it’s well trained and I can say only good words about the hotel management system. Lobby with waiting area, easy check-in, great room, brand new and well-maintained. Location,room,staff service,all are perfect. This time we are luckly upgraded to top floor. I recommend to stay this room if you want to see sunrise and sunset at your balcony. I added sunrise photo. Sea view and lotus pond view. Room was really clean . And CRUISE that this hotel staff recommended is gorgeous and reasonable price. I really recommend to stay here!
