The place was very good. They have easy to use washing machines if necessary. The room is very modern and the night's rest was awesome. Staff was very friendly and willing to help even though the level of English wasn't on par.

The breakfast was ok and the location was comfortable for me to move to the industrial area.

The place offers a great view to the lake and the staff were all nice and friendly. But the location is a bit distant from restaurants.

Wonderful 5-star experience close-ish to the airport, and outside of noisy Hanoi!

I stayed at Modena by Fraser Vinh Yen for three days and two nights and had an amazing time. The hotel offers a clean, spacious environment with all the necessary amenities. It’s very accommodating for families, especially with its safe and varied kids’ play area. Yen A Cafe & Dining tends to get busy on weekends, so the drink service was a bit slow, but the drinks made up for it with their great taste. I was particularly impressed by the Tra sua com deo. On top of that, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful — they introduced us to some authentic local restaurants and must-try specialties of Vinh Yen. It was a truly fulfilling and remarkable vacation.

I am very satisfied with the experience here. Professional service, friendly staff, enthusiastic advice and quick support. Clean space, reasonable price. Next time, when I visit Vietnam I will book this hotel again.
