Appears to brand new, located on the 11th and 12th floors of a shopping mall. The "lobby" is located on the ground floor of the mall, on the left-hand side, just after the mall elevator. The check-in desk is manned 24-hours and there is a private elevator in the lobby area that takes you to the hotel floors. The room was very large and spotlessly clean. It was tastefully furnished with a desk, cabinet, and closet. The bathroom was gigantic with an extra-large shower area. The room was very quiet at night. The hotel/mall is a short walk from the bus station and there is a nice park across the street. Located very close to the few tourist sites that Gjakova has to offer. Despite the lack of tourist attractions, I rather enjoyed my stay in Gjakova as it is a relaxed town and rather modern by Kosovo standards. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and found the room the be an outstanding value given the overall size and the quality of the furnishings.

The rooms were comfortable, everything was new, clean and working perfectly. There is free parking spot with the room. Everything included is as per description. Old Town is around 10/15 min by foot. There is a restaurant and a bar on the ground floor.

Perfect location and very luxurious apartment with everything you need. The host was very friendly and available to help in everything you need. Big plus was the parking provided by the host. I would definitely recommend this place as the best one in the city.

    The view out front of the happy hotel, the place shines at night, and the sun reflects off of the river during the day. The buildings, the cobblestone streets, the sightings of family gatherings and the monuments dedicated to those whom have contributed to the town for its improvement were an amazing sight to behold and made me pleased to stay for the time I did.

    I love the old town.

    I love the old town. We were there for a music festival (Carshia Fest). It was really fun. The musical talent was amazing, actually. The food and drink was all good and not overpriced at all. Lots of good hotels in the area. It has a nice river walk and is near lots of great hiking. Old Turkish style architecture is still abundant in this town.
