Suite was comfortable, pool looked great but too cold to use it. Lovely grounds. Breakfast was good, ate there on first evening and it was delicious. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle service both to the V&A and Kirstenbosch and it worked very well. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were efficient and friendly! Lebo, who shuttled us to the airport at 04:30 was a super star! The bus was full and he made sure to come back for us and got us to the airport in time to make our flight! He was a Legend!!

I went for the two oceans ultra marathon, the hotel and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to cater for the runners with a carb dinner and a 3am breakfast.

This hotel is located in a fantastic location, within a short walking distance to all sorts of shops. The beds in the rooms are so comfortable, the food at the hotel restaurant delicious and well-priced, and the swimming pool was so lovely even though we hadn't previously seen any pics of it! The staff are so professional and friendly and I loved that I could practice sign language with some of them! 🙂
