We arrived at 10 am and received our room immediately! After night flight it was really nice!
Absolute best service you could ask for.
Perfect breakfast and dinner. Once we were in ToroToro restaurant, but the main one in the hotel is much more better. You can find everything you want.
Our daughter (6y) received a small present, of course after such a surprise she wants to go only to Grossvenor.

The staff is one of the most warm and friendly I have come across in a long time. They make you feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room was extremely clean, very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The decor in the main lobby and the game zone is really modern and cool. There is a really nice pool and a big supermarket just outside the hotel. The beach is a short walk away as well. Another really nice thing was the complimentary valet parking, which was amazing. I am definitely going to visit this place again!

Special thanks to Asif at the reception, knew how to solve difficulties quickly, and Shoura is very attentive, and all personal of this hotel. The breakfast is good, there is everything for every taste. Laundry services are inexpensive and fast.
