The breakfast has something for everyone and they have a very good a la carte breakfast menu if you wanted something a little more special. The gym is not massive but adequate for purpose, and the Spa is also equipped with a big enough steam room and sauna for a few people with a small jacuzzi and a few beds to relax.

Smart, contemporary hotel with free breakfast and high speed Wi-Fi, located by the park near Republic Square. Welcome to the brand new Holiday Inn Express Yerevan hotel. The location is very central, there are many cafes and shops around. It's super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel was very modern, clean, with good breakfast, good wifi and AC. The staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. At the check-in the receptionist told us he got us a later checkout without even asking :)
