Beautiful and relaxing environment, Christine is a wonderful host. I don’t think I ever stayed in such a warm and welcoming place. Not only our room was upgraded, but also she let us do the late check out free of charge. She is always available to give advices about what to do on the island, recommend places to eat, anything you need. Also, awesome hammocks!

Best location on the island and very friendly staff at the reception. Includes breakfast. very recommendable Hotel!

Showcasing a year-round pool, Maya Beach Hotel offers beachfront accommodation in Placencia Pennisula. Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant. Gorgeous, tranquil place to stay. Waking up 10m from the water was something special. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the restaurant had so many delicious food options. We used the complimentary bikes to cycle to Placencia, great to have the option but it was definitely a hot cycle! 😅

Tradewinds Paradise Villas is situated on the beachfront in San Pedro, 400 metres from San Pedro Beach. There is a year-round outdoor pool and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private... Central location, just a few steps from “downtown”. (No need for a golf cart, only if you want to go to Secret Beach) As soon as you stepped on the premises, it felt like a small slice of paradise. It is really well kept and clean. Also the apartments are huge and clean. They don’t have the modern/clean aesthetic but feel really homey. And let me tell you about the staff: They really care and help out with anything they can. They are super fast with replying and flexible. I was able to be put on to an earlier flight to the island and they re-organized a taxi and check in for me 1 hour early in the matter of minutes. I really enjoyed my stay. If you don’t want the typical resort life but more of a independent vibe, this is a great place to be.

Set in Caye Caulker and with Caye Caulker Beach reachable within 300 metres, DreamCabanas offers express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. Really friendly hosts who gave us so much information about everything we would need while staying in Caye Caulker. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels and water. There are bikes to rent and a really lovely restaurant called Elbas right behind the property. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
