The property is very beautiful. It is not every day that you get to sleep in a room with brick barreled ceiling. We could see the high dam from the patio of our room. Very nice little boat ride across the River to get to it. The food was plentiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved it!

Brand new resort, wonderfully clean and well-maintained. Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

Everything! Not a single issue. First and foremost, I’ve never seen such friendly staff. I’ve been to so many hotels and resorts around the world and I’ve never met such friendly, helpful staff. Everyone wanted to make sure that we’re having an exceptional stay, from the reception to the housekeeping to the waiters/waitresses to the chefs and everyone else. Ms. Massaouda was the superstar. She reached out to me before my arrival, helped us with early check-in, gave us an in-depth review of all the facilities, always checked in on us to make sure we’re happy and helped us with a late check-out. Other than the staff, the resort has a huge number of facilities and entertainment that suited our entire family’s age groups. The activities at the kids club and the every night shows were spectacular. Last but not least, the food was exceptional. A huge variety and wonderful taste. Thanks to Jaz Asteria’s whole team! This trip will be memorable!

Perfect location, From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every team member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had the best experience possible. The front desk staff greeted us with smiles and efficiency, check-in was seamless, Housekeeping did an impeccable job daily, keeping our room spotless and cozy. Special thanks to one of the team who gave us Egyptian chocolate, (apologies I forgot his name). and for all the team their kindness and for remembering the little details that made a big differencee. Breakfast staff were equally outstanding-friendly, professional, and always checking in to see if we needed anything, without being overbearing. It's rare to find a team so consistently committed to hospitality at every level. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly elevated our stay. We'll definitely be back-and we'll be recommending this hotel to everyone we know!

I booked a night's stay at the hotel and owing to the prompt and effective communication with the owner, Mr. Ahmed, I ended up arranging a 2-day trip from Cairo (and back) to visit the White Desert and Bahariya Oasis with pitstops at Black mountain, Crystal mountain and the lake at Bahariya. The trip was very well arranged as the car, the driver and the experiences exceeded my expectations. Farafra is far and remote but we felt very safe at the hotel and staying close to the desert meant that we got more time to witness the magnificent beauty of the desert without camping or taking a long drive back to Bahariya/Bawiti after dark. The hotel itself was clean and very suitable for a night's stay. The staff was considerate to prepare food as per our dietary preferences. Overall, if one has time for a long drive from Cairo, I recommend arranging the stay and the trip with Rahala Safari Hotel to enjoy the wonders of the white desert.

everything was perfect, nice rooms for staying as family, nothing was missing, Ahmed and Christina were fantastic while hosting my family. thanks a lot, they are really doing great job.
