We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique-style hotel. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a great variety and high quality. The Monist restaurant has a great vibe and serves delicious food. The service throughout our stay was excellent — friendly, helpful, and attentive. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back!

I booked Hotel Stikliai for my family as a birthday surprise, and their experience was absolutely amazing from the moment they arrived until the moment they left! The staff went above and beyond to assist me with planning every detail from a distance, ensuring everything was perfect for the occasion. The hotel’s elegant ambiance, beautifully designed rooms, and outstanding dining experience added to the charm of the celebration. We booked the hotel "Harmony Birstonas" before the opening of this wonderful hotel and didn't regret it. Modern, brand new, sparkling with cleanliness, very spacious room and bathroom, and above all - perfect soundproofing! I'm very light sleeper, but at "Harmony" enjoyed absolut calm and silence. We arrived at 11 AM and were met by the nice and most wellcoming guy Aurelijus, who let us have our rooms 4 hours before the designated time and without additional payment. Later, during our stay, Aurelijus offered his help on every occasion. Equally helpful and accommodating was Ilona, the front desk manager. Thank you, guys! The restorant at the hotel is wonderful too. The most attentive waiter, Sarunas, made our meals even more enjoyable. And location couldn't be any better - at the very heart of the charming city Birstonas. I can't recommend this hotel enoghf!

I liked everything. I was meeting my wife who arrived by bus - it's a 5-minute walk to the bus station. I arrived closer to midnight - the hotel has a 24-hour reception. The staff is very friendly. The room is clean, the shower is excellent - clean, does not leak, no mold. The linen is clean. No one else ordered breakfast - they specially prepared breakfast for us. Free parking that closes at night. In short, I had a great rest after 1000 km of driving. Plus, several grocery stores are literally nearby and they are open late even on weekends. I recommend this hotel to anyone who values ​​cleanliness.

Very good location. Stylish and cozy room. A lot of small things are carried by owner, like cotton pass, tea, coffee. Everything Very clean, very warm bathroom. The owner very helpful and supportive.
