The staff is very helpful & polite; they would go extra miles to assist you. Even the owner created a personal touch she arranged for us outdoor bonfire under the stars & forest surrounding that all of us throughly enjoyed. Also we had good breakfast in open area of the restaurant while enjoying the nature too.

Situé à Akagera, l’établissement Akagera Park Inn possède une piscine extérieure, un jardin, un salon commun et une terrasse. Personnel très sympathique et emplacement parfait pour faire le parc Akagera notamment par soi même. Les bungalows sont propres, la piscine sympathique et bon petit-déjeuner. Rapport qualité prix correct.

First off, this hotel is a hidden gem. Our tour company recommended their own suggestions and we were not pleased with them so we did our own research and I found this place. Wow! First off, it’s beautifully located right on Lake Kivu and is so relaxed and feels very safe with their own security. The room is beautiful, spacious, and has a great bathroom and patio. Moreover, the staff was outstanding and so attentive and communicative. And the food was outstanding on property. Breakfast is included so make sure to enjoy it. We also loved our dinner.
