Great mix of old and new! The workmanship done to refurbish and rebuild this old castle into a mix of old and modern is beyond perfect .Our room was big, comfy, clean, full of amenities, and thoughtfully and artfully finished. The workers were all pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious and very plentiful and a bargain that was included in our room price. . We received delicious cheese filled warm Pita and dessert in the afternoon, a sit down dinner with freshly made soup, salad with fresh herbs, stew and dessert. Breakfast had a fresh delicious buffet and then we were served delicious cooked eggs and fresh pita with cheese This is a unique hotel for someone who loves the countryside and wants to stay in a castle. The atmosphere, architecture, upper lookout patios, garden trails, water hole and museum tour were extra bonuses . The newly planted gardens was wonderful and will be a delight to see when in bloom and in years to come.

The location was perfect every thing close by, All major public transport is a walking distance from the hotel.The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming especially Mr.Mohammed don’t hesitate to ask him any thing you need.

Everything was perfect. The hotel staff went above and beyond with their hospitality — warm, professional, and always helpful. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed in classic Ottoman style, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home.

We got in late and they prepared a special lentil soup for us because they thought we might be tired and hungry.

Very cute boutique hotel with cozy rooms and nice touches like local tile work. Short walk to restaurants and the Efes museum.

All staff is very open, helpful and very sensitive to guests' needs. I particularly want to say thank you to Mr. Kadır for helping with the transfer and additional city information, to the lady in charge with the room service and to the ladies from the kitchen. The cleanliness in the rooms is perfect. I had the best rest on the perfect bed. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous, the location could not be better. I am absolutely impressed.

The stuff was so friendly, helpful ,professional, and very kind. The highlight of our trip is that the stuff went out of their way to pack breakfast for us since our flight was very early. I highly recommend 👌

The whole stay was outstanding due to the service of the family at Ayazma Cave hotel. The breakfast was so yum, fresh and homely. Would highly recommend staying here. Special thanks to Ruhan and Furqan for making it worth it. It’s a new hotel as well, so feels very bright and clean. It’s a great location as well, 5 minutes away from the main bazaar, 10 mins away from Goreme and all the other spots are just a drive away.

I recently returned from an amazing vacation in Marmaris with my family, and I would like to share the wonderful experience I enjoyed at this fine hotel with everyone. Where to begin? The airport transfer arrangement was perfect, the staff were cheerful, the location was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, housekeeping was excellent, and the Villa was an excellent size with all the facilities required for a much longer stay. Everything is very modern and chic and we were particularly impressed with the pool, bathrooms, and kitchenette. The standards of cleanliness are exceptionally high throughout the hotel. Check-in was a breeze and all staff we spoke to were polite, courteous, fluent in English, and keen to make us feel at home in the hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic (close to the taxi boat) and it is only a few stops from many of the restaurants. We enjoy walking and exploring, so most of the time we do this rather than take public transport. There are lots of little shops within a few hundred meters of the hotel, so stocking up our minibar was easy! The staff and management of Z-Villa should be pleased with what they offer. It is a wonderful establishment and I will be recommending it to friends and family alike. The Villa was perfect for family. I cannot wait to return to the wonderfully vibrant city of Marmaris, and in particular, to the Z-villa. I would like to thank the front desk staff very much for their kindness and support, and special thanks to Mr. Zeidan (I missed our conversation every morning).
