We like the accommodation and the friendly staffs. The location was easily accessible to the city and train station. . Very nice hotel. The rooms are kept very cleaned.They are all ready to help us with the tour guide. Breakfast was great. The security staff Nurali was very helpful and make sure that we are well looked after. Aziza and Javokhir were on the customer service desk and very sociable and ready to accommodate us. We really appreciate all their help.

Hotel Marwa Tashkent Pool&Spa is located in Tashkent and features a garden. Bilal is an exceptional hotel staff! I had a dysfunctional TV and he came and replaced it with a new TV. On top of that, my flight departure to Doha was at 0320am, I have earlier asked to book a hotel taxi because I ran out of SUMS (and could only pay with USD), Bilal took to liberty to pay for my Yandex as it was far more cheaper than hotel taxi, and that is not all, he packed for me breakfast consisting of a sandwich, yogurt and water. On top of that he sent me a message if I have reached the airport safely. Such a lovely and hospitable hotel staff that went over and beyond such great hospitality. He deserves a raise!!! Thank you.

Holiday Inn Tashkent City by IHG in Tashkent features 4-star accommodations with a shared lounge, a terrace and a bar. Everything is beautiful in this hotel. The location is great next to a mall. And in front of it is a big garden for children. All the staff are wonderful and always smiling. Thank you for making my vacation happy and comfortable.

Everything was beautiful, the hotel’s crew was so kind!! I arrive al 5 am and there was this boy waiting for me without charging me that couple of hours that I stayed in my room, without an especific check-in hour. They send me the taxi from the AirPort to the hotel for free. Really I could say that they’re the perfect hotel personnel. Breakfast was delicious . I give them a 10 !
