Stayed at the hotel on two different occasions and both times were fantastic! The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality and kindness and organized everything for us. Even a surprise birthday cake for my child and a beautiful take-away breakfast when checking out early - absolutely wonderful!
The hotel is brand new and spotless in a perfect location - and you could not ask for a friendlier staff. Thank you!!

After a long trip throughout Vietnam and staying in many places, we decided to pick this hotel for our last destination before heading back home.
It was by far the best accommodation we had in Vietnam and had everything you could hope for. The rooms were nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect, the pool was amazing, price was extremely good value… and then of course the staff. Linda and Kevin were absolutely perfect. Between providing us with the best recommandations, organizing our rides to the airport, their friendliness and how accommodating they were… Literally made us feel at home. Kevin was reaching out long before our check-in to make sure our arrival would be perfect, and he did such a great job. I will come back to Hoi An and I know exactly where I’ll be staying!!

We had the most wonderful stay! It truly felt like the perfect combination of a 5-star hotel and the comfort of being at home. Anna and her family’s hospitality was absolutely amazing - warm, thoughtful, and far beyond our expectations.
The view from the hotel is breathtaking, and our room with the private swimming pool made the experience even more special. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything in the room was new, modern, and spotlessly clean.

We hesitated because there were few reviews, but were happy that we took the chance since it was a brand new hotel, with a great pool on the roof. It was a 3 min drive from the station by car. The room was clean, and the beds where the most comfy we had thus far in vietnam, not too hard and not too soft. The receptionist was very kind and helped us order breakfast and motorbikes.

Everything! Such a lovely hotel. Spacious clean airy room with balcony. Beautiful pool. The spa was great, I had a really good massage and pedicure/foot massage..Breakfast was so good, everything you could want
The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to help us. Especially Tammy and Miss Lee at the desk. Booked flights for us and everything.
