Everything went perfectly since my arrival to my departure. All members of staff genuinely care for their guests and they go the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay. One member of staff even gave me a small gift which meant a lot for me and I will treasure forever. The hotel itself is in a a beautiful spot with great views on the Crooked Bridge and the river. The room was clean and had a view on the river. It was definitely one of the best places I have ever been! Thanks again to everyone who made my stay very special!

We've never stayed in a hotel this clean and spotless. The host was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. The facilities are excellent and feel brand new. For those arriving by car, there are convenient parking spots available. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the old town and Stari Most.
