Everything they do at this hotel, they don’t really well. They really care about you as the customer being happy. Helped with many things such as organizing transfer to airport, travel agencies etc. Private secure parking is a real plus. Breakfast very good offering carefully selected high quality products. Calm and secure The only accommodation during my 4 weeks travel in South America that asked me a feedback about my stay. A little more costly than others in San Pedro but totally worth it.

The staff is amazing! Prepared lunch boxes for us, booked a tennis court and so on…… really place with two pools and two whirlpools. Perfect private terrace. Everything was perfect !

Wow! We were amazed on an arrival (thank you Chris you star) to departure! The staff were all amazing, I wish I could name everyone individually but they were so helpful, thoughtful and attentive, truly 6* service. The food and drink were of an incredible high standard and great variety and choice. The Knowledgeable guides (Gaspar and team) made our trip with the remarkable excursions. The location- near the town but not in the centre. The arquitectura and design in each detail. Very stylish and you really recognise that you are in the middle if desert. Wifi was perfect. A lot of water in mini bar. Every day. Of course surroundings - the best of the best. Free shuttle to the centre of the town. The silence and the safety. Good restaurant with its air conditioner and cleanliness.

I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Kimal in San Pedro de Atacama. I stayed in one of the bungalows “Kimal Pueblo” and absolutely loved it, peaceful, charming, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after long days exploring the desert. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and professional. One detail I especially appreciated was that at the end of the day, the cleaning lady would quietly pass by the room, prepare the bed for my return, and turn on the bedside lamps, such a thoughtful touch that made coming back feel so cozy and welcoming. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the spa and hotel facilities were fantastic. The restaurant was also excellent, with delicious food and amazing service every time. I highly recommend Hotel Kimal for anyone visiting the Atacama Desert. I would definitely stay here again!
