The amenities, the house is beautiful, everything is spotless clean, the location, the food…but the best part is the staff. They are lovely and sweet, always ready to help even when we did not speak the same language. They always managed to find a way to communicate with us and help us. We really enjoyed our stay here! The reception staff and concierge were very friendly and professional – the concierge even arranged a great trip to the Great Wall with an English-speaking driver, which made everything so easy. The hotel offers beautiful views from the higher floors, a nice pool and spa, and even a robot that delivers items to your room – our kids absolutely loved that! Best of all, the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, so when it rained or got too hot outside, we had food, shops, and entertainment literally inside the hotel. A wonderful and convenient place to stay!
