Nicolas and Marta always had an open ear, were incredibly nice, accommodating and helpful and made my stay an oasis of peace. What I also really liked was the interior design of the restored 18th/19th century hotel building and the rooms.

Really great service and conditions for 3star hotel. Wifi was working great, staff was really helpful. Rooms were clean and looked like in the photos. Location of the hotel couldnt be better for foreigners as it is in safe area surrounded with great restaurants and coffee shops.

The hotel is simply beautiful and very characteristic. The room is amazing other than so clean and it has everything you need for a great stay. The staff is really kind and polite as well. The location is perfect to explore the city center La Candelaria and it's near to every main attraction. The breakfast also is really good and tasty. Absolutely recommended for a fantastic stay in Bogotá

Clean, modern (maybe slightly characterless) room. We thought the area was a bit dodgy on a Sunday evening when nearly everything (bar the convenience store opposite) was closed but it looked better by daylight. Helpful receptionist.
